Taker`s Career: part 2

What happened at In Your House was the setup for the fourth encounter between Undertaker and Mankind, which took place at Survivor Series 1996, where the Undertaker would get 5 minutes with Paul Bearer if he won the match, no one had seen the Undertaker since he was buried. The Undertaker made his entrance from the ceiling equipped with bat wings and a new leather outfit and with a black tear under his right eye. The Undertaker won the match, but didn't get the enjoyment of have Bearer from himself, when the Executioner attacked.
After the Undertaker destroyed the Executioner, he started feuding with Vader, the two clashed at Royal Rumble 1997 where Paul Bearer made sure, that Vader won, when he used the urn on the Undertaker. The Undertaker also failed to win the WWF World Title at Final Four, but he was awarded a title shot at WrestleMania 13 against Sid, whom he also feuded with at the start of his face run. The Undertaker also made sure that Bret Hart didn't defeat the Undertaker for the title a week before WrestleMania 13, because he felt that he had been standing in the shadow for too long of Bret and Shawn, when it came to title matches.
When the Undertaker made his entrance, he wore his old outfit which looked like the one he wore when he beat Hogan for the title. Undertaker defeated Sid to lift the title, and he deserved it. With the Undertaker's as champion, Paul Bearer wanted to manage him again, and started to say that he had a secret that would turn all the fans against the Undertaker. For months nothing happened, but at a Raw is War taping from March 31 the Undertaker and Paul Bearer started arguing, this brought out Mankind, who blasted the Undertaker with a fireball, and thereby the feud with Mankind continued.
Undertaker defeated Mankind at In Your House 14 to end the feud once and for all, Undertaker also blasted Bearer with a fireball. The next contender was Stone Cold Steve Austin, but thanks to the Hart Foundation the Undertaker came out victorious.

The Big Secret
Paul Bearer kept talking about the secret and finally the Undertaker decided that he could do nothing than to follow his old mentor, though he often took a swing against Bearer's cronies Vader and Mankind, but the fans still cared for the Undertaker. Faarooq was the next contender for Undertaker's title, but he was no match for the Undertaker, but after the match Bearer wanted him to chokeslam Faarooq, which he had to do, this brought out Ahmed Johnson who tried to knock some sense into him. This was the setup for a feud between Ahmed and the Undertaker, but it never happened because of Ahmed's constant injuries.
June 23, the Undertaker had had enough of Paul Bearer and his cronies, in a tag team match between the Undertaker and Vader against Faarooq and D.Lo Brown, Undertaker turned on Vader and Paul Bearer, when he punched the living daylights out of Vader. June 30, Paul Bearer finally told us Undertaker's secret. Bearer stated that the Undertaker had burnt his parents house down and killed them, and that his brother Kane was still alive and looking for revenge, but it took some time before Kane finally made his debut. Before the Undertaker got his TV debut, he was introduced as Kane the Undertaker.
Instead of Ahmed as the next contender Vader was the next victim, who couldn't do anything to stop the Dead Man. Bret Hart then placed him in the title picture, because of the USA vs Canada angle. Shawn Michaels was assigned as the special referee because he wanted to be part of Summer Slam, this later turned out to be the downfall for the Undertaker. During the match Paul Bearer again showed his ugly face, but it didn't affect the outcome. In the end of the match Bret shoved and spit Shawn in the face, Shawn wanted to use a chair on Bret, but he moved and the Undertaker took the full blow, and Shawn could do nothing but to count the three count and declare Bret the new WWF World Champion.
The Undertaker was furious on Shawn Michaels for causing him the loss of the title, and the fans accused Shawn of being a traitor to the USA and the Undertaker. August 18, Undertaker and Mankind had a tag team match against Shawn Michaels and Hunter Hearst Helmsley. In the end of the match Shawn used a chair on the Undertaker, which busted him open, and thereby started a feud between them. Their first encounter was at Ground Zero, where they delivered a strong performance and fought to a no contest.

Kane
But the match at Ground Zero was far from the end of this feud. The next match was at Badd Blood and was entitled "Hell in a Cell", because of the cage they had to fight in. This match was a classic, they fought inside the cage, outside the cage, and on top of the cage, truly fantastic, when the Undertaker was about to end the match, Kane (Glenn Jacobs) made his first appearance, he ripped the door of the cage and then went on to a stare down with the Undertaker, before he blasted him with the Tombstone, and thereby giving Shawn Michaels the victory.
Kane and Paul Bearer have destroyed almost every wrestler in the WWF just to get to the Undertaker, but he have stated that he will not face his own flesh and blood, which translated means they will. The feud with Shawn Michaels haven't ended yet, the two will clash again at the Royal Rumble in a Casket Match.
The Undertaker and Kane had apparently joined forces, beating Shawn Michaels, when he said that Kane would join the Degeneration X, but as always don't expect it to last since the WWF have tried to build up this feud for months.
As expected Kane turned on Undertaker at the Royal Rumble, when Kane threw Undertaker in the casket and later set it on fire, hopefully this does not mean that the Undertaker will sit out until Summer Slam as the last time he lost a casket match.
At Raw is War, March 2, the Undertaker returned, Kane manhandled the timekeeper, when Paul Bearer wants the Undertaker to appear so Kane can do the same to him. The lights go out the bell tolls and a coffin appears on the platform, when suddenly a lightning bolt strikes it, and the Undertaker is back. The Undertaker said that even Kane's best effort could keep him down. A masterful performance by perhaps the greatest personality in modern wrestling history. At Raw is War from March 17th the Undertaker rescued Sable, when he diverted Bearer's attention, when he appeared at the top of the Titan Tron, he threatened Kane and then a lightning bolt illuminated a casket containing a dummy of Kane.
At WrestleMania 14, the Undertaker and Kane finally got it on, the match displayed that the two men can use some amazing moves despite their size. The Undertaker pinned Kane after he used the Tombstone for a third time, after the match Kane tombstoned the Undertaker on a chair. The feud between the two big man heated up, when Kane decimated their parents tombstone, and then set it on fire. The two men will clash at Unforgiven in a fire match, some one is going to get burned!
April 13th, Raw is War, The Undertaker went on a rampage because of Kane's actions to their parents tombstone. The Undertaker attacked wrestlers, thereby showing that he is just as evil as Kane. Kane brought shame to his parents graves at April 20th at Raw is War, Kane burned one of the caskets and chokeslammed the Undertaker through the other, in my opinion the WWF have gone too far.
Undertaker and Kane had a great Inferno match at Unforgiven. Undertaker won the match, when Kane was caught in the fire, Bearer also took a shot from the bass drum and speared him with a microphone stand. For the Undertaker's sake I hope this feud is over.
The following day at Raw is War, Undertaker called out Kane to finish what they started at Unforgiven. Paul Bearer and Kane came out, Bearer stated that it was time for a truce, and said that Kane was his son of fire. The story line have confirmed that Bearer indeed is the father of Kane, Bearer then called Undertaker's mother a whore, which brought out the rage of the Undertaker. I don't know where this is leading. Undertaker and Kane continue their run-in attacks on each other, hopefully the WWF have thought of a good ending to this feud.
The Undertaker have also started messing with Vince McMahon, it started at Raw is War, May 25th, when the Undertaker Chokeslammed McMahon, because he was pissed. Undertaker decided to stand on Steve Austin's side, when he fought Dude Love at Over the Edge, where Vince McMahon and his cronies tried to cheat Austin out of the title. The night after Over the Edge the Undertaker called out McMahon and accused McMahon of humiliating him regarding his family for ratings, Undertaker he had had enough and demanded a title shot. McMahon came out and promised Undertaker a shot at the title if he could defeat Kane. Undertaker had destroyed Kane, but there was no referee to make the count, instead Mankind used the Mandible Claw on the Taker, which caused him the defeat. After the match the Undertaker and Mankind brawled.
At Raw is War, June 8th, the Undertaker arrived to the scene and he was obviously pissed, he invaded McMahon's office, but he wasn't there. After that he went to the ring and destroyed Chainz and Puke and demanded McMahon, who only showed up at the Titan Tron. But the Undertaker wasn't finished later he chokeslammed Mark Henry and Vader, later Dustin Runnels and Val Venis got the same medicine, before the police confronted him.

Hell in the Cell II
The next week on Raw is War, McMahon accused the Undertaker of an attack on Austin last week by Kane and Mankind. But before the Undertaker could lay his hands on McMahon, Bearer challenged Undertaker and Austin to a match in the cell against Kane and Mankind. They accepted, but also said that they couldn't trust each other. The Undertaker didn't appear when his music played, even though it was played twice, instead Austin started an all out brawl with Mankind and Kane. Bearer went into the cell to protect himself, but here the Undertaker emerged from under the ring and attacked Bearer, who bleed like a pig, finally Undertaker got his revenge on Bearer. The next week on Raw is War, the Undertaker continued his assault on Bearer, as he attacked Bearer in his home.
At King of the Ring, Undertaker and Mankind put on a great show in the Hell in the Cell match. Mankind took some great bumps, which made the Undertaker look good, though he had injured his ankle. Some of the best spots in the match was when Undertaker threw Mankind from the top of the cage and through a table. Mankind was also chokeslammed THROUGH the cage and landed in the middle of the ring. The end came, when Undertaker chokeslammed Mankind on some thumbtacks and then Tombstoned for the victory. Undertaker also had a saying in the match for the WWF World Title between Steve Austin and Kane, when Undertaker wanted to hit Mankind, who also interfered in the match, with a chair he hit Austin instead, who lost the match and the title. Looks like Austin and Undertaker will go at it, when they both have healed from their injuries.

Steve Austin and Vince McMahon
At Raw is War, June 29th, the Undertaker tried to convince everybody that the reason he interfered in the match between Austin and Kane was because he didn't want his little brother to set himself on fire. Later that night after Austin had regained the WWF World Title, Undertaker was the on the receiving end of a Stunner.
The next week on Raw is War, the Undertaker demanded a shot at the WWF World Title, but McMahon said that he would decide who receives a shot at the title, McMahon also announced that Undertaker and Steve Austin would face Kane and Mankind at the next In Your House. Later that night McMahon announced that the Undertaker would fight Mankind and Kane in a triple threat match to determine the number one contender for the WWF World Title. Undertaker didn't show up, when the match started, so instead it was declared a no holds barred match which Kane took use of as he hit Mankind with a chair and then pinned him, Kane then took of the mask to reveal that it was the Undertaker, who now is the number one contender for the WWF World Title.
It seems like the Undertaker and Kane have patched things up lately, at Raw is War, July 13, after the Undertaker had defeated Vader, Kane stopped Mankind from hitting the Undertaker with a chair. When the Undertaker was asked about it by Vince McMahon and Steve Austin, he told them to go to Hell. Later the Undertaker saved Kane and Mankind from loosing the WWF Tag Team Title, when he broke the count of Steve Austin, Austin later did the same to the Undertaker, seems like trouble.
The next week on Raw is War, McMahon wanted the Undertaker to show him respect and ordered a match with the Undertaker against Kane and Mankind and then told the Undertaker to go to Hell, but McMahon was the victim of a chokeslam, Undertaker then supposedly left the arena. The Undertaker later returned but only to receive a chair in the head from Austin, who had taken Undertaker's place in the match against Kane and Mankind.
The controversy between the Undertaker and Steve Austin continued to grow at Fully Loaded, where they took on Kane and Mankind for the WWF Tag Team Title. Undertaker didn't show up until minuttes before the main event, when he finally got there he wasn't willing to tag. After the Undertaker had tombstoned his way to victory he left with the belts.
The next day at Raw is War the Undertaker demanded an apology from Steve Austin, for believing that the Undertaker was in cahoots with Kane. Vince McMahon however thought that it was him who deserved the apology, but never got it, instead he ordered a match with Undertaker and Austin against the New Age Outlaws. Austin didn't want to apologize but offered the Undertaker a bird instead. Apparently the Undertaker and Steve Austin talked things over, because after they had defeated the New Age Outlaws, Austin offered Undertaker a beer which he accepted, but the festivities was stopped by Kane and Mankind, who attacked Austin, but the Undertaker came to the rescue.
The Undertaker and Steve Austin have more or less patched things up until Summer Slam, but many things can still happen before the pay-per-view, but at least they still have the Tag Team Title, but many teams are interested in dethroning them including the New Age Outlaws, Kane and Mankind, and Owen Hart and Rocky Maivia.
Undertaker still hasn't forgiven Paul Bearer and at Sunday Night Heat, August 9 he disguised himself as Kane and assaulted Bearer and delivered the tombstone to Mankind on the concrete floor. The next day at Raw is War, Vince McMahon again stated that Kane and the Undertaker worked together, he even went as far as to say that they were the same person. When McMahon wanted to remove Kane's mask the lights went out, and when they came back on the Undertaker stood in Kane's place. Later pictures were shown of the Undertaker in his dressing room, where Kane waited. It was then time for the Four Corners Tag Team Match, which saw Kane and Mankind as victors and new Tag Team Champions. Hopefully the Undertaker and Steve Austin will get some time to build up their match at Summer Slam.
The next week at Raw is War the feud certainly heated up, since the alignment with the Undertaker and Kane seems like a done deal. Kane was dressed up as the Undertaker and attacked Austin, Steve though fought back and threw Kane into the back of the hearse and was about to get to the front seat, when he realised that the Undertaker was sitting there, the Undertaker then drove off.
Undertaker and Kane have settled their differences at Raw is War, August 24, the two appeared together but McMahon wanted to know if the Undertaker was friend or foe. Paul Bearer also tried to convince Kane to come back to him, but ended up getting a beating. Mankind then followed but Undertaker and Kane teamed up and delivered a spiked Tombstone to Mankind. Undertaker also tried to help Kane in the Hell in the Cell match against Mankind, where Austin suddenly showed up and delivered a beating to Kane. Later McMahon wanted an answer to his question if the Undertaker was friend or foe, Undertaker answered with a chokeslam, Austin then showed up but before he could do anything Kane appeared and Austin then left.
At Summer Slam, the Undertaker promised that he would face Steve Austin alone, and he kept his promise, during the match, which was an all out brawl with some extreme elements, Kane came to ringside, but Undertaker shoved him back and told him to leave. The end came when Undertaker walked the top rope, Austin hit a low blow and Stunned the Undertaker for the victory. Undertaker took the belt before he handed it to Austin. The Undertaker then left and together with Kane he sent evil eyes towards Austin.
At Raw is War, September 5, Undertaker and Kane wrecked havoc by destroying most of the matches, because they wanted to get to Vince McMahon, but to no avail, McMahon had made fun of the brothers and had used words that aren't fit to print about them. At Sunday Night Heat, September 6, Undertaker and Kane teamed up to take on Animal and Droz, the brothers totally dominated their opponents, and Undertaker injured Animal's knee when he refused to let go of a figure four leglock.
Later Undertaker and Kane brought out Patterson and Brisco to the ring, they then gave McMahon 10 seconds to show his face or his flunkies would get destroyed, which was exactly what happend. Later McMahon stated in an interview that Austin's life would end September 27, In Your House, Breakdown, this brought out the brothers, McMahon then apologized for his remarks from Raw and the called out Austin, McMahon then announced that Austin would face Undertaker and Kane in a Triple Threat Match at Breakdown.
